In all of our offerings, the foundation is the heart chakra. The heart is unconditional, holds no judgment, and brings you the reality you choose to create. As our Divine connection comes alive, the mind and ego awaken to who we truly are, and heart and mind move as one, grounded and in alignment with Source.
There is no longer a need to separate meditation from daily life, for you can meet others eye to eye, heart to heart, and live in that high vibration every day, whenever you choose. We bring you tools to strengthen your intuition, so that finding your answers becomes a tangible knowing of what is next.

Beginner’s Closed Eyes Meditations
Feel and notice to become aware. The heart is your key to create a new reality. Each of these meditations is offered freely, so you may begin where you are and return as often as you feel called.
Listening Activation Meditation
In this meditation, we invite you to open your heart. We are creating a space where we lead the mind and ego into a new foundation, one from which a more authentic life can be created. It all starts at the Zero Point. In this space, we will find peace, clarity, and the information to discern our next step.
Thymus Activation Meditation
In this meditation, we open our heart and mind and invite the Thymus, your High Heart Chakra, to awaken in a new way. The Thymus sits between the Heart Chakra and the Throat Chakra, and it assists you in speaking your heart’s desires, which is the foundation of coherent manifestation. Along the way, the Golden Ray of the Brotherhood of Light and Mother Earth ~ Gaia will be with us, helping us in the embodiment of our higher frequencies, here and now.
The What’s Next? Game
A short illustrated handout, with a story from Sedona, Arizona, in January 2003, showing how to ask “What’s next?” and follow the first answer, which is the tool we call First Answer, Right Answer. It is best played after practicing the Listening Activation and Thymus Activation meditations for two or three weeks.

An individual Zoom session, where you set the intention, and I follow my intuitive hits to prepare you energetically to receive. Attunements take place to prepare the body and calm the mind, so that you may feel the truth from Spirit for yourself.

Circle of Remembrance
Held on the second Wednesday of each month.
A monthly group Zoom call, where we gather in community to raise our collective frequency and remember together. You are invited to come with an intention, for the group influences change for each person who attends.

Membership
Membership brings together the Circle of Remembrance and the What’s Next Celebration call, held on the fourth Wednesday of each month. Additional benefits will be shared as they come into fruition.
Coaching Program
90 Days in the Energies of Enlightenment™ is a three-month program, offered as an individual program and as a group class. It rests on three fundamentals: awakening to the knowing that you are Spirit, defining your talents, gifts, and passions, and learning how to share those gifts with humanity.
